This 40-hour in-service course is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and strategies needed to support Title I students and their families effectively. Through a construction-themed framework, participants will explore the unique challenges and opportunities of working with Title I populations. Learn how to build strong partnerships with families, provide targeted literacy support, and create a collaborative environment that fosters student success. By the end of the course, educators will be empowered to construct a solid foundation for engaging families and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically.
