Training Description:
In this session, the focus is on helping teachers move beyond memorization to build deep, transferable word knowledge. Participants will explore engaging, classroom-ready strategies that support vocabulary development across content areas, along with practical ways to use AI tools to generate examples, provide scaffolds, and support differentiation. The session emphasizes active student engagement, meaningful practice, and responsible AI integration to strengthen comprehension and academic language without increasing teacher workload.
- Educators will receive 5.5 reading hours for in-service points.
- Training takes place from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST, with a half-hour lunch.
